The ABCFT now has a new revised set of by-laws and an updated constitution.  The Union created a committee headed up by Richard Hathaway to update both of these.  The by-laws were approved by our Executive Board and Representative Council.  Our new constitution went through a similiar process and was ratified by our unit members in February with 96% of those voting approving it.  The constitution and by-laws deal with the mission, governance, and procedures for our union.
